                          Side Effects

Possible side effects that can occur when using any GcMAF products.
It’s important to note that the Vitamin D Binding Protein (GcMAF or MAF protein) occurs naturally in the body it has no side effects by itself, any observed effects are those created by an activated immune system.

It can happen that your disease manifests itself more severely after taking GcMAF. If this happens then this can be considered to be a positive sign of an activated immune system. Normally it will settle after a few days. If symptoms become extreme then it is advised to lower the dose or stop completely for a while before recommencing.

Common side effects can be:

  • Tiredness or fatigue. Normally this is noticed a few hours to a day after taking GcMAF.
  • Headache. This can become pretty severe, lower or stop the dose until the headaches stop.
  • Excessive sweating. Mainly noticed in the night or morning, there is no need to lower or stop the dose unless you find it extremely uncomfortable.
  • Non severe colds. Runny or blocked nose, watery eyes and sore throat can occur.
  • Low grade fever.
  • Bacteria rashes.

The side effects that can come with the use of GcMAF are a result of the released ammonia and other toxins and micro-organisms that your body is detoxifying from.
If you experience tiredness or fatigue you can then try to take the spray in the evening before going to bed instead of in the morning. On the other side, if you experience increased energy take the spray in the morning.

GcMAF can be safely used with a wide variety of other medicines. If you are using other medicines please discuss with your health practitioner before starting GcMAF.
